Jane Ventura - Brut Natural Cava 2017 Nebbiolo The tomatoes have been slowA brilliant pale yellow colour. Good carbonic strength with small bubbles. A delicate and aromatic white of Mediterranean fruits (apple, pear), herbs and floral aroma, and rich creamy palate reminiscent of aromatic Mediterranean fruits, citrus notes and flower notes. Very fresh in mouth, silky with a wide entry and a long end, enchancing the fresh sensation in the mouth.
