La Bancale 'Chair Blanche Marnes Noires' VdF Blanc, 2022 sweet potato With a portion of stillThis wine is made of 50% Macabeu (Viura) and 50% Grenache Gris (mutation of Grenache). Farming is all organic and grapes are hand harvested. The juice for both grapes are blended at pressing, and rests for one night, chilled, on heavy lees before being transfered to fiber tanks on very fine lees. Minimal sulfur added.
