and cut - the myriad pavilion facets make up (what I imagine would be if it was round) a Fibonacci sequence

Because the dragonfly is only in its final form for a few months

hugely increasing their brightness and amplifying the blood-red colour to the point that they appear to glow from within - light that enters through the oversized table is reflected back out to stunning effect
