Azienda Agricola Foradori 'Lezèr' Vigneti Delle Dolomiti IGT, 2025 AMT01 rillettes)This wine is made of 84% Teroldego and 16% other grape varietals, likely Schiava, Lagrein, and Malvasia. The wine is born out of Foradori's devastating 2017 Teroldego vintage, when the vineyard was hit with an impossible summer hailstorm. The remaining grapes were unsuitable for normal red wine production, and were blended and lightly macerated to make Lezr. This rare seasonally available wine is a must have for lovers of anything on the grill.
