Marco Tinessa makes his wines in amphora, shunning the usage of oak that is traditional for the region. His wines are still big, brooding, and tannic, full of wild strawberry and dark plum notes. While this wine will reward cellaring, it will be perfect now with smoked sausage pizza, lamb, an pasta and meat sauce.
