This is an old vine 'Lieu dit' vineyard in Gevrey Chambertin, and a great way to dive into site specificity in Burgundy. Aromas of blueberries, and raspberries. Medium bodied and juicy, with a hint of baking spices on the finish. A perfect pairing with glazed salmon, or pork chops and roast potatoes.
