Each earring is set with two pear cut paste gemstones, mounted in foil backed "pie crust" settings the foil and the silver both used to increase brilliance brightness and accentuate their colour. The stones are set tip to tip, with the bottom ones dangling freely beneath. With 9 karat yellow gold dish backs and ear
