Grignolino is a light and fragrant red grape, and much like Nebbiolo, has grippy tannins and light fruit. We would pair it with fish or red meat stews, or shepherd's pie. The wine has a spicy aromatic bouquet with bright red fruit and very balanced tannin. Bottled without fining or filtration.
