17th Century Gold Crucifix Pendant demantoid garnet An exceptionally high quality pieceDATE: Stuart, c. 1650 An incredible 17th century (!!) gold crucifix pendant, circa 1650. It's beautifully detailed, with trefoil embellishments to the extremities of the cross, an INRI plaque above Christ's head, and featuring the long limbed representation of Jesus common to the period.
