Pascal Cotat 'Les Monts Damnes' Chavignol Sancerre, 2022 smooth Tanteo was launched in JanuaryCrafted from 100% Sauvignon Blanc from one of the very finest sites in all of the Loire Valley, this unique expression of Sancerre Blanc baffles and delights in equal measure. A very rich and deep wine that can age for decades, pair this powerful expression with something off the grill or out of an all day oven a rich saffron baked chicken or spicy curry this is a fortunate encounter. Be sure to decant maybe twice!
