This is a classic bistro wine, brimming with bright acidity, juicy red fruit, and soft earthy tannins. It is fresh, easily drinkable, all while being representative of its terroir. Pair it with rigatoni alla bolognese, or a juicy ribeye with roasted veggies and fingerling potatoes. Il Ghizzano is located in Chianti's Colline Pisane region, and is both high in altitude and close to the ocean. This
