Dry, with razor sharp acidity, and plenty of refreshing fruit that'll make it the perfect summertime ros, with flavors of ripe red berries, flint, and fuji apple. Pair it with only your closest friends, with your favorite lobster roll. (Even though we're from Connecticut, a Maine style lobster roll is superior)
